Spring Bulbs!

Afternoon blogging buddies.

What a couple of weeks it's been!!

As you know I've been troubled with my back the last few weeks, that's improved a lot, but then I picked up some sort of virus on top of that.

I started feeling out of sorts at the beginning of last week but didn't take much notice of it, by tuesday evening I felt awful and spent the following day, in my dressing gown, in front of the fire and the TV, I felt as rough as a bears you know what!

For the rest of the week I had the headache from hell, felt as weak as water and a nose like a running tap, can you believe, I've got through three boxes of tissues and have just opened a forth!

I dosed myself up, yet again, and I do feel loads better today, I think I'm winning, at last!

On the plus side, whilst I was feeling sorry for myself, I was still able to sit with my laptop and leave some comments for my lovely followers, so all was not lost.

But today I'm back in my 'Den', feeling something resembling normal, and getting down to some card making, about time too, talking of which........

As usual, challenges and recipe below, hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.

Glad you are feeling somewhat better, these nasty bugs have a habit of lingering on sometimes, take it easy and rest up.
Great card and I love the images, great for a gardener. I do that with digi papers all the time as a lot of them are My Craft Studio papers and they are a b****r to find as there are so many folders.
Hope you continue to improve,
Lorraine

It's a wonder we didn't bump into each other whilst in no man's land! Glad to hear your almost back to normal. Same here well at least as far as normal gets for me that is. Love these flower bulbs on your card. I have a vast amount of digi papers too which I really must use more often. So much easier though when in a hurry to make a card to just pop your hand in the paper drawer and see what comes out.
Great colour combination on these papers. Don't recognise them so you must have a stash I don't! Hugs Mrs A.

Your card is gorgeous - I love these images! So sorry you've been under the weather - sounds like you certainly did have a nasty virus. I'm glad you are starting to be on the mend. Hope you continue to feel better each day!

What a bummer of a time you've had lately. Don't expect that the sniffling & sneezing made your back feel good either! Glad to hear that you're on the mend & hope it goes very fast. Love this bright spring card with the pretty bulbs and all those cheery colors. Just the thing to give a lift if one is not feeling tip-top. Hang in there & TFS. Hugs.

Oh, I know exactly the feeling, I started feeling unwell last Friday, have been down with a cold for a whole week, but was able to work from home. Today I stepped outside for the first time in a week, boy that felt good. Not much computer and crafting time, just a random comment...
Your card has a lovely spring feel to it (just what I need right now) and it looks great with all that orange!
