Spotty Bug!

Afternoon blogging buddies.

Thank you for all your well wishes, I mentioned I wasn't too well in my last post, I appreciate your kindness, I'm still not 100% as yet, but better than I was.

I've had 'Labyrinthitis', it's a problem with the middle ear, a balance thing, not a lot of fun I can tell you, the room was spinning, and I mean really spinning at first, quite scary, after that initial thing I was left feeling dizzy, or should I say, 'wobbly' really, and sickly too, knees feel like jelly and it's as if I'm walking on marshmallow, horrible.

The Doctor gave me some pills and although they make me very tired it has helped with the symptoms. I can't drive at the moment, a bit too risky, and when I walk I get all of the symptoms I mention above, so I've been stuck indoors pretty much really.

We tried to go out the other day, hubby driving, but we had to turn round and come home after about fifteen minutes, I couldn't cope with the world whizzing past, just made me feel worse, it's really horrible, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

The doctor tells me it could take a few weeks to completely go....great!  Oh well, I'll just have to grin and bear it until it's finished with me!

Well I don't know about you, but I'm back in a jumper! it's cold here today, it's fairly windy and it's really quite chilly, we've been promised sun again tomorrow, I'm not holding my breath!

So onto crafting.....

This is such a fun card Jacee, I love it. Sounds like you are having a really tough time, feeling dizzy is horrible. I've had a couple of bouts lately but think it's because my BP medication has been changed and thankfully they only lasted a few hours but I do sympathise with you and hope you feel better soon. We are in Durham at the mo and it has been really chilly today, tomorrow we are off to Seahouses so are hoping the weather improves for us for the next week or so xx

Sounds a lot like vertigo, which I've had a few times and it was one of the worst illnesses I've ever had! I hope you improve soon. When I had vertigo, I was bedridden for nearly a week. I had to lie still the whole time since I would vomit from the severe dizziness from the slightest movement. I am glad you are not that extreme and are able to do some crafting. Your card is adorable! Wishing you a speedy recovery - I hate to hear that you are suffering like this.

First, love the image, but not understanding where it came from. Would love to buy the image myself. You mentioned Pre-colored image, Hugware but nothing like that pops up. Second, your illness also sounds like Vertigo. I have had it several times. He usually attacks in the morning. Boy, I hit the floor, grabbed the bed and held on feeling I was going to be thrown off the earth. (not to mention throwing up) I discovered on the third round that physical therapy helps. Wish I had known that the first time. I feel for you and hope you are getting back to normal soon. Oh...thanks for joining us at our Doodle Pantry Ants in the Pantry Challenge #5.

Aw Jacee, your symptoms sound just horrible. Our neighbor has something similar & she has to go to bed when it hits. Her problem was diagnosed as Minear's Disease, and she must watch her sodium. I sure hope yours will go away quite fast! Loved this darling bug card. Just had to smile at the cuteness & so colorful. Looks so very dimensional as well. Take care, and it's good if you can still feel up to crafting. Big hugs & TFS. Hope you have some warm weather on the wkend. We have lovely hot sunshine today. Wish I could send you some.
